How far ahead should I book?
Please book at least 72 hours in advance so we can arrange the right vehicle and driver. If something comes up and you need a ride sooner, call us at 610-222-6650 and we’ll do our best to make it work.

When can I schedule?
Scheduling help is available 24/7 — rides themselves are arranged around your appointment.
How do I pay, and what if I need to cancel?
Your fare is paid when you book, through Stripe’s secure checkout — TruVine never sees your card number. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your pickup time, we refund your fare in full. Cancel within 24 hours and a $20 cancellation fee applies, with the remainder refunded. To cancel, call 610-222-6650.
